Most designers now have a full VR tour that will show you a near-perfect view of your future home inside and out, I don't know, I don't see this as a massive opportunity. Maybe a quick cash grab opportunity?

I dont know anyone who would design their own home w an architect and have to walk through a fake mockup because they don't have the capacity to visualize what they know what they wanted when told to architect. I'm sure I'm weing and this will be huge. Def not a fleeting trend🙄

To be fair this home design should’ve already of been available to most home buyers.

This guy forgot about VR and AR. These life sized projections are pretty limited, need too much space and won’t help people without spatial imagination (which are a lot) at all. So VR/AR and soon combined with AI is the way to go.
