Anime: Phoenix 2772 (1980)

yoooo.....

The anime is Space Firebird 2772 or Phoenix 2772 Its a must watch

If the kid is older, that scene would play out very differently. It’s clearly a sex toy out of the box.

kinda scary but also kinda inevitable, isn't it?

Looks cool but kinda dystopian, right? Hope we get used to it

So thats where its from

@Howlingmutant0 Dear Japan: we are begging you to stop exploring your sexuality

Tezuka Osamu was one of the great scifi visionaries of the 20th century. There's a cautionary tale to be found here against the danger of human hubris combined with technological know-how.

When those animators' thoughts take over, I see what they did here! XD 🫣

😭

That will finish off humanity, its just a better mousetrap

If this is the future sign me up for the trad cath death squads hunting down robo thots.

@Howlingmutant0 like a jet fighter

@pete_porcupine Your woman will be all things. They are now, just not 24 hours a day.

Yeah you can tell Tezuka was burning through a lot of anatomy sketches or this scene.

GREAT TEZUKA The only one who could do something impressive and creepy in the future, hey... that's not from the Phoenix series?

@Akitti @963Hermes We are ALL obsolete. Gottem.

Where do I order my own baddie
