It is clearly evident that the IAF officer is trying to overpower the other guy while the other guy is trying to avoid the conflict. You can clearly see the IAF guy throwing his mobile away.... action needs to be taken against the IAF guy.

The video only shows later events; not how the altercation started. The Wg Cdr said he would post his dashcam video. Perhaps he should.

In Bangalore this is what happens every time. It doesn't matter what happens and who's to fault. Only whether you can speak fluent Kannada and curse vilely in it, or not. Even the police favor the Kannada speaker. It is like they want to secede from India because of language.
