I think this is still AI slop. Still has this weird edge to it. Can't quite place it, but it looks wrong.

AI video is still in it's Silent film era. Uncanny valley with audio. But close. Visuals and editing make up for it greatly here

I actually really liked this. Clearly a lot of work went into it, and the premise is funny.

The launch of Kling AI 3.0 this week marks the exact moment "AI Slop" graduated from a niche insult to a full-blown existential crisis for creators. We are no longer looking at the "Will Smith eating spaghetti" glitches of 2023; with native 4K at 60fps and clips pushing 30–60 seconds, the 3.0 era is designed to be "invisible." When people call it "slop" now, they aren't necessarily talking about technical failure—they're talking about aesthetic exhaustion.

All you dumb fucks can say is ‘it’s over’ but you have no fucking clue that applies to your AI bullshit. 🤣

I am not against AI, but some of yall obviously don't have the expertise to say "its over". And I am talking about everything: music, filmmaking, writing, etc. The problem with video generative models is that they have a very distinctive problem of always being very.... in the middle. You can't quite get a "unique" shot. There is that mediocrity, those exact movements that you kinda see and feel "yeah, I have a dejavu here". This is how it is with Sora 2 model for example. It's highly based on the tiktok videos. What most videos on TikTok look like? Hooks, influencers, that fake TikTok influencer voice and you feel it HEAVILY in all Sora 2 makes. Another problem with generative video models is that they do not read emotion. You can't quite make the shot exactly how you want. This lack of control over the output is what makes it inefficient. An AI tool will be suitable for production work only when it is capable of full control, the same amount of control real filmmaking gives you. The results MUST be indistinguishable from reality. Here, you can still see it: janky emotions, voices that do not quite fit the scene but more like based on what they are supposed to say. As I said, it is in the middle, it lacks characterization, lacks a personal touch. I am not against AI by any means. I still think this can be a powerful tool for creation for those creators that have the ideas, the plot, but don't have the capability or the resources of the big studios. But what AI tech bros like you don't realize is that art is not about the looks, nor about the sound. If AI filmmaking reaches a point where any dumbass can cook up a film in couple seconds without the effort, what worth would it have then? If everything is perfect, why are people supposed to watch YOUR film? The same goes for everything. Malevich's Black Square is worth what it's worth not because of the value of the ink that was painted on the canvas, but because of the story behind it. If your art doesn't have a story behind it, it has no worth or point, it can only be a chewing gum for the mind, not more.

imho - Still dealing with the valley - that wide valley... By the time it gets crossed... there will be no runway left and the MRR wont support the load... the Copyright & IP infringement claims and suites will squeeze the remaining cashflow and this wild west phase will end.

The real problem isn't the tool. It's that everyone can use it now.
