In December i bought Tokens worth ksh.2500 and i got 88 Units..Amonth later I buy tokens worth Ksh.3000 and am getting 81 units?This is pure thuggery.

Taxes are normally charged at the rate of between 16 - 33% for most services but why is KPLC allowed to collect taxes at 72%?
