This SNL Point/Counterpoint skit . . could never be aired in this modern age of 2026 !🤣🤣

I haven't watched SNL since Aykroyd and Belushi left.

Back in the day, it was hilarious...

This was the first SNL I ever saw. Don't remember anything except this skit. When Dan said, "I didn't know when you girls were on your backs, the meters were running", I laughed so hard I fell off my couch. I miss laughing that hard, these days.

We LIVED to hear the words, “Jane, you ignorant slut.”

The first prominent 'Palimony' case. I remember we had been following that case in Govt. Class all week, then that weekend we all saw this skit. The next Monday was wild in Mr. Putnam's class.

It’s still funny. I watched as a teenager, now 50 years later my son is on the cast. Most every generation thinks their era was the best. I appreciate the challenge of finding humor all along the continuum.

😂 SNL produced so much great talent and content back in the day! Sadly, that changed years ago.

One of my favorite bits. They couldn't do that today. Which is at least part of the reason SNL became so lame.

Loved SNL when it was funny

"Jane you ignorant slut." That line was the talk of the nation when it first aired. I heard it repeated for years.

I remember when I first saw this on SNL and couldn't stop laughing.

Got together with friends and watched every show the first few years. Unbelievable talent and incredibly funny. Truly miss those times and this then very funny show.

Belushi, Eddie Murphy, Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd were amazingly good. Before political correctness ruined comedy. Those were the days.
