I may be on the fence about whether or not I like the look, but one thing’s for sure - I’d much rather get different movies taking a different approach to the same character, than having every single movie look the same bland, unintentional way. Yay for intentionality!

The lens choice is fine, I like the off-¥ Kilter look of the photography. But the GRADING is so odd. What’s the deal with skin tones?! Like come on. Look at this still from WW1984 mall scene. Not incredible but vibrant and colorful and doesn’t look wrong. It can be done.

The lens choice is bad for those medium/close ups, the blue cast is poor for a character clad in blue who flies in blue skies, no blockbuster shoots APSC
