A common thing I hear when speaking with gas car owners is that the idea of owning a Tesla is too complicated and not worth the trouble. They often cite not knowing where chargers are, and not wanting to deal with the headache of figuring it out. They also believe there aren’t enough chargers to satisfy their travel needs. This is a myth, and the opposite of true for almost everyone. The truth is that Tesla ownership is actually easier than gas car ownership for travel, and in general. There is far less thinking involved. Tesla’s technology is leveraged to make transportation difficulty fade into the background. Literally all you have to do is get in, tell it where to go, and press a button. Quite literally don’t even have to drive, let alone think about where chargers are. Here I am outside of Philadelphia randomly at 50% battery, asking the car to take me to Myrtle Beach down in South Carolina. After this clip, all you have to do is sit there, listen to podcast/music, eat snacks, and take in scenery. Pretty soon you’ll be able to watch movies and TV too. That’s it, that’s the entire travel “planning” process. You don’t have to do it, the software does it. And after your first road trip using FSD 14.2 instead of driving yourself, the energy you will have at your destination will be impossible to ignore. You will realize the luxury of self driving far exceeds the extra 45-60 mins of charging required along a long route like this. You will realize the trip psychologically felt way quicker, because you didn’t have to be tensed up and locked in the entire time. It’s game changing. This is why Tesla is a leader in customer retention. Once you take the plunge, you realize the truth is opposite what you thought before going for it, and you can’t imagine going back.

we all dream of those big wins in life the 100x, the multi-million dollar trade, or even just 10x of what you started with in 7 days i’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few of those over the past few years, and the reality is when you do win big, it doesn’t feel like it at all it hits for a split second, and then your brain just normalizes it it's a part of how to get there in the first place, but makes it a lot easier to lose it if you don't have the right guardrails in place and in that exact moment, you being even keeled doesn’t mean the number in front of you isn’t life changing it is this is where you have to slow down a bit, breathe, settle your mind don’t just roll it into some bullshit take some off the table, step away for a few days if you have to, funny enough, blowing let's say 10k of it on a beautiful trip to tokyo will save you so much because once you actually process what just happened, your future self will thank you for it the truth is, even if you think you’re going for a certain number, the moment you hit it, you’ll want more and more, and more anyone who's been in the same position will tell you the exact same thing ironically the people that win are addicted to winning and if you ask the same people in a year after that big win, what they regret and where are they proud of themselves? they will tell you they regretted rolling it over and giving some/all back or they are proud for switching back on the switch all of this is real, but it’s also exactly how i imagined it would feel years ago before it ever happened manifest your life, the feeling not just the number everything happens twice, first in your mind, then in reality

Tesla got rid of 10% of its workforce to streamline the company, these things are needed to prepare for the next leg of growth, which imo is Robotaxis & the next-gen vehicle, and Optimus. If you don’t get rid of the extra fat as you grow, it is very difficult to execute at this size & scale. It’s also very important for people to know that Elon & the team clearly sees the pathway to solving FSD (when many investors don’t), and behind the scenes it seems Elon is betting the company on Robotaxis becoming a reality. Elon’s style is very different from other CEO/Founders, where when he sees something that’s so important for the future & also sees that the technology is there to build it & make it a reality, he’s willing to bet the entire company on it, instead of sitting comfortably. Wartime moments like today, like the many that Tesla has gone through, rewards war-like investors that have the discipline, heart, conviction, and patience to take advantage when the war is happening, take advantage when this dichotomy between the stock & fundamentals/technology take place, and waits for the story play out. Remember, time is your best friend & is on your side when you don’t have debt, you’re not playing with options, and you see the light on the other side. $TSLA

Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. Anyone that has tried the latest Tesla FSD knows it’s starting to feel like a living creature. It’s clear that Elon is actually worried about putting so much intelligence in a Tesla bc it feels it can get bored. “Have you tried Tesla self-driving lately?
