No, you shouldn't be racist. But this is unproven pseudo-science. Weather doesn't make separate races of humans on one planet. Nor did all humans come from Africa.

I think currently, it's less about the actual colour of skin, but about one culture clashing with others,one race feeling superior to the other, prejudice and discrimination in how a group looks other than skin colour,and differences in ideology. It's not so simple as "black bad"
