I had an induction stove when I lived in Japan and due to the language barrier I kept calling the repair men to fix it and they kept looking at me like I was crazy 😅 I figured it out probably my last week living there lol

They could have integrated the buttons on the side or something. It's so awkward only being able to turn it off once you pull out the huge drawer again.

I mean it’s expensive but I’ll take a regular stove bc 3-5 steps to turn on the stove ugh and the not being able to heat the eye up b4 place my pot was drive me like ugh but again it very expensive

Induction stoves are not new at all and quite affordable (The cheapest is like $50). Hers is bougie with the camouflage and that but since 2010 they’ve been the standard in most homes… or so I thought lol

Induction stoves are cool, but they only allow you to use certain pots and pans. I like to have choices when I cook. I like cooking with my cast iron and stainless steel pots and pans, too.

Anyone who really cooks know that nothing beats gas stove🔥. Induction is neat to look at & easy to clean, but it’s for basic things. My bf has one & it annoys the hell out of me. The moment you even slightly lift a pan to toss or flip what your cooking, the heat cuts off! 😑
