Yeah, the step where "and now we just use this as a reference and manually build a 3d model" being automated is what is missing from this workflow. While this kind of works with low poly vertex color models, high detail with UVs is a whole lot harder.

That's really nice. Could the manual work be avoided by using some kind of decimation? It seems like the AI model was good enough to run it through Pixyz and get something game-ready.
