This isn't about tariffs.... Trump is setting out to restructure the American economy and by extension the global trading order. We can't stick to the same old plan and electing Mr. Net Zero won't make Canada competitive. We need a change in Canada.

Great article. No way anyone running to be liberal leader with embrace Trump's vision. Moving to a manufacturing/tariff based economy that's backed assets like crypto is risky. Canada should have built more trade infrastructure 20 years ago. Instead, we listened to Al Gore!

IS ALBERTA GOING TO LEAVE CANADA? OTTAWA - wants to add $10.00 a barrel to the cost of oil in Alberta, so no one will want to invest in Alberta. He says Alberta needs to leave Canada. When President Trump says reciprocal tariffs - he means reciprocal tariffs and if Alberta leaves Canada the tariffs will be zero for Alberta and zero for the USA. They will be wide open for American banks and financial institutions. AND - Alberta won't have Ottawa doing everything they can to shut down oil production for the benefit of Communist China.
