Candace responds to accusations that she uses men for money by saying that when she met her husband, George Farmer, he had no income and that she was the one earning money at the time to provide for them both. The problem with that is that George Farmer comes from a very wealthy family and has a personal net worth estimated at around $250 million. Is she seriously suggesting he didn’t have a penny to his name and that he magically became a multimillionaire in just a few years with no help whatsoever, never mind the fact that, according to various sources, he never (allegedly) even had the experience of holding down a traditional job in his life? Reminds me a little bit of a story of a farmer who brought his family into town. They were walking down the street, farmer, wife, two little kids, and a three-legged pig walking right next to him. Apparently, a friend looked out from his shop and saw him walking down the street, and he walked up to the farmer, and he said, you know, “So what's with the pig?” And the farmer said, “Hey, that's no ordinary pig.” He said, “When my daughter was little, she fell into the pond. That pig jumped in, grabbed a hold of her, saved her life.” And he said, “Oh,” and he said, “One night when we smelt smoke in our house, that pig came running into the house, got everybody out of bed, saved our whole family.” And so, his friend said to him, “That's really remarkable.” And he said, “What's with the three legs?” And the farmer said, “Well, you don't eat a pig like that all at once.” I mean, the truth is, from the outside in our movement, there are people that have been nibbling away at the very principles that have made America strong and prosperous and free and have defined the conservative agenda. Today, on June 5 on #WorldEnvironmentDay2025 mountains of gratitude to the tribal families like these (see video clip of a tribal farmer family picking coffee cherries in Dumbriguda Mandal) that we Naandi Foundation had the privilege to work for last 25 years. These families not only grow and harvest to perfection world famous ARAKU Coffee India arakucoffee but also created a model of recreating lost forests and trees. Each family has an Acre each of a coffee estate with silver oak trees, pepper, indigenous boundary forest trees; and an orchard of fruit trees with timber and biomass creating hedge trees. These communities spread across 1900 villages across 8 Mandals in the Alluri Sitaraman District (part of the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh State) have planted and raised over 49 million trees and brought back scores of varieties of invaluable insects, bees, wasps and birds that have made this entire region full of “Food Forests”. All I the last 13 years. I bow to them. They are my heroes. These 100,000 tribal families. Let’s applaud them. 👏 I hope someday this entire population gets the global recognition they deserve for their contribution to Environment, bio diversity, regeneration based agriculture and sustainable development. This farm owner has bales of pine straw made from Longleaf pine trees. Each of his employees make $1.50 for every bale they make. They usually do 200 bales a day. He says they average about 20 bales an hour. The farmer sells these bales for $5 each. Many other places are a lot more expensive people said. He says these kinds of trees are prominent all over the South and people use the straw for landscaping instead of mulch down there. Many people said that is too much hard labor and that they have machines that will do that. But the owner said the machine bales are not as good. The machines break a lot of the straw and machines include sticks and other things vs this hand picked straw. He said this old fashioned way is still used by a lot of independent farmers. $200 a day, $1,000 a week, is not bad money. Some make up to $1,500 a week working extra hours. He said his farm will produce about 20K bales of this straw. Do you think that is way too much work for $200-$300 a day? Or do you think that is an honest wage for an honest day’s work?
