According to the news article, this sounds like a completely different type of crime than the Guthrie case. It was basically sexual harassment. (It was “kidnapping” because he refused to move her from his cop car to jail). He’s gross, but I don’t think he’s involved w/Guthrie. 🤔

He was transporting a young lady to the jail and suggested they stop at a hotel, wanted to see her boobs, and showed her an inappropriate video.
