Amul Dark chocolate has 43% added sugar (compared to 39% sugar in Amul milk chocolate). but many people consume Amul dark chocolate in excess believing it to be healthy. In this video, I have highlighted 3 dark chocolates that are better than Amul Dark Chocolate. A message to all Indians: Don't just buy “healthy-sounding” foods, buy foods only after checking the label and ensure they are healthy.

Jun said the chocolate they made was as hard as a brick 😭😭 🐱 did everyone watch the video of us making chocolate yesterday? I think it was my first time trying it too.. I didn’t expect it to turn out so hard.. it was like a brick! seriously it was way too hard 🐱 actually both white chocolate and dark chocolate are good, but I personally prefer dark chocolate.. I don’t like things that are too sweet.. I prefer the kind that’s less sweet, a little bitter.. and rather than plain chocolate, I think the ones with peanuts or crunchy bits inside are even better
