This Lindsay Clancy juror dismissed the prosecution’s opening statement because it was “without a heart.” She wondered, “Where is this going?” She was Team Clancy right out the gate!

They actually had 3 character witnesses that could testify to Lindsay being a bad mother, but Lindsay killed them.

They came on NBC10 thinking they would be heroes. Instead they have shown their terrible bias against the prosecution and treated the trial like a popularity contest.

Talking about harsh statements. Where is the compassion for the three children? Who was responsible for killing three children?

“The lone juror disregarded our expertise/experience” Also… “I disregarded the lawyers arguments from the beginning” And they can’t even recognize the hypocrisy/inconsistency. INcredible.

The prosecution took part in picking these jurors. The prosecution was also women from very blue Massachusetts. The whole thing stinks to high heaven. Praise God for the brave soul who stood against the devil!

Talk about not following the law? Before the evidence was even started she had made her mind up, so all testimony was viewed through that prism. That’s called confirmation bias.

Evidence does not need a heart. It needs a jury that can tell the difference between a story and a fact. She picked the story before the first witness.

The opening statements are essentially a foreshadowing of the evidence that will be presented. This juror was already biased and that alone compromised the entire trial from the get-go. The problem is most women operate based on emotion, not fact. Which makes me think they should be removed from all positions of power. It's created this monster of catch and release, hundreds of bad rulings, bad votes from Congress on down, etc...

Just throw in all the words that sound good in a bag, and then slam it down for TV. No coherence of logic, but it sounds as if she just wants to save a murderer from a fair trial, only because it's somehow more fashionable.

Why wasn't she kicked off the jury and prosecuted for jury tampering/intimidation?
