However, before the walk could even begin, it was forcibly disrupted by Sindh Police. Amna Baloch, along with three other male protestors, was arrested on the spot. This is not the first time BYC’s peaceful protests in Karachi have faced state repression. Sindh Police have repeatedly targeted and obstructed our democratic right to protest. We condemn this continued harassment and demand the immediate release of all arrested protestors. The state must be held accountable for its crimes. Silencing dissent will not bury the truth. #StateKilledZeeshanZaheer #StopBalochGenocide
