In the middle of the night, he came by and cut down the newly installed fence, and even took a sledge hammer to the new driveway installed as well because he feels it’s on his property line. The gentleman went ahead and got a survey done and clearly showed not only he was wrong, but much of the neighbors “property” is actually his. He hasn’t called the cops because he didn’t get it on video but he knows it was him. Is there anything else he can do at this point?

The whole time he was mocking her and saying boom, according to him, he knew what he was doing and nobody could tell him anything. He finishes his cook and takes it out. Imagine living across the street from someone for 30 years and they don’t even know your full name, and the reason that don’t know not only your name but the wife only knows the name of the one Neighbor she talks to on either side of her home, and the reason for that is people that go through life this way think the whole universe revolves around them, we’ve all known people like this. If you look up and down the street of this neighborhood everyone parks in their driveway except for these people, they have their raggedy boat stuffed in their driveway. The whole street is empty, he could have parked that car anywhere even on his side of the street where he should have parked it to begin with. What do you think is at work here ? I believe they think their Neighbor is a soft touch and I totally believe the man when he says he does it because it bothers him. How do you resolve a situation like this ? Denzel Washington’s epic monologue towards the end of Training Day was largely improvised on set. Director Antoine Fuqua was so blown away by his performance, he says he thinks he "forgot to yell cut”. He explains… “That’s Denzel. He was just in his zone. I mean, that was one of those moment...people talk about AI. Those are the moments where you go...it's a great tool. It's gonna be a great tool, I think...but the emotion, and the moment that an actor can bring - you can't predict that. That's something that's just inside of Denzel. And when that came out, I was just like - I hope I got it. I just turned to my operator - who was shaking- I looked over at the guy - I was like, “please tell me you got that.” Because that was the take. That was it. There was no other take - I mean, how do you tell an actor like that, that that wasn't good enough? …He walked over to me, and he just had this look in his eyes. I was like, “you good?” He said, “you good?” I said, “Yeah…” Some of that was in the script, but he flipped it the way he did it. "Putting cases on all you." He kind of added some things in there. And then he just went into a whole other zone with the whole King Kong thing- with Pelican Bay - Denzel started that. That was Denzel. That was him, man. He just kind of lit up, and I think I forgot to yell cut. I was just watching it, because everybody started walking away, and I'm just watching him, and then he lights a cigarette - and he's talking - and I'm just watching him. In Scarface, you never once see Manny snort cocaine. This was a deliberate choice by Brian De Palma. He even cut out a scene where Manny was doing coke in a jacuzzi with three naked women. Steven Bauer, who played Manny, explains why: “The funny thing is this: my character, if you watch the film, my character is never, ever shown doing a bump. Brian De Palma — the motherfucker — he never showed Manny doing that, and he did it for a reason. So when he catches me at the end with his sister, there’s more sympathy... It’s just the way it was cut, and it was cut so they would have that effect where it’s like: he killed his best friend, who was such a good guy. There’s a scene where I have the flower shirt on, and Jerry, the banker, is there. Then the guy leaves and Tony goes, ‘Fuckin’ cocksucker.’ Then he turns the thing over, makes some lines, and passes it to me. And they cut, though.
