The neighbor insists that his property line is right where this gentleman’s fence is being built. In the middle of the night, he came by and cut down the newly installed fence, and even took a sledge hammer to the new driveway installed as well because he feels it’s on his property line. The gentleman went ahead and got a survey done and clearly showed not only he was wrong, but much of the neighbors “property” is actually his. He hasn’t called the cops because he didn’t get it on video but he knows it was him. Is there anything else he can do at this point?

Imagine living across the street from someone for 30 years and they don’t even know your full name, and the reason that don’t know not only your name but the wife only knows the name of the one Neighbor she talks to on either side of her home, and the reason for that is people that go through life this way think the whole universe revolves around them, we’ve all known people like this. If you look up and down the street of this neighborhood everyone parks in their driveway except for these people, they have their raggedy boat stuffed in their driveway. The whole street is empty, he could have parked that car anywhere even on his side of the street where he should have parked it to begin with. What do you think is at work here ? I believe they think their Neighbor is a soft touch and I totally believe the man when he says he does it because it bothers him. How do you resolve a situation like this ? Director Antoine Fuqua was so blown away by his performance, he says he thinks he "forgot to yell cut”. He explains… “That’s Denzel. He was just in his zone. I mean, that was one of those moment...people talk about AI. Those are the moments where you go...it's a great tool. It's gonna be a great tool, I think...but the emotion, and the moment that an actor can bring - you can't predict that. That's something that's just inside of Denzel. I just turned to my operator - who was shaking- I looked over at the guy - I was like, “please tell me you got that.” Because that was the take. That was it. “EVERYONE. This man came into my yard a couple of hours ago and offered to cut my grass for a certain price. I didn’t have enough money today to afford that on top of everything else, and I told him to come back in a week. A few minutes ago, I heard a loud noise outside of my house. I opened the door and noticed that he was cutting my grass. I went running out to him and yelled for him to stop... he shook his head no. He told me that he saw my kids playing in the yard and was worried about snakes being in the grass and biting them because the grass was too tall. I again told him to stop because I couldn’t pay him. He said that he didn’t need to be paid, he had grandchildren, and that he hoped someone would look after them in the same way. I was brought to tears. I hugged him. We talked about different struggles we’ve had in life, and he told me that this is what the news doesn’t report. He told me the news doesn’t report the black neighbor helping out the white neighbor because it isn’t good for the network to make money. I told him that he has a good heart.
