Two reasons I disengage from Tesla FSD (HW4): 1.) I want FSD to take a diff route than suggested. Potential easy solution in the video: Just let me "draw" the route I wanna take. 2.) The full-stop at stop signs. I tap the accelerator when using FSD to do a rolling stop which is way more natural. The NHTSA made Tesla do the full-stop thing in 2022 and it's just annoying, especially when driving through a neighborhood with tons of stop signs. Today is the first time that Tesla FSD pulled all the way into my garage when I got home. Seems like an occasion to pick up a share or two. It's pulled into the driveway and parked before, but never into the garage. Part of me wonders if it decided to do this because it "learned" that's where I park. Over the weekend there were a few times that I engaged FSD directly from the garage without pulling out manually.

This is an incredible video I was just sent from a follower who was using Tesla FSD V14.1.4 today. His car was going around a construction crew, but then a bus started driving head-on toward the car. It had no time to go around, so FSD reversed & got out of the way. h/t Dylan Womack

FSD slams on the brakes for a cat in the road that doesn’t even exist. This is FSD 12.6.4 on HW3, which is a lot more sensitive to shadows & objects in the road with the 2026.8.6 update. There are many reports of brake stabbing. It brings me back to the days when I was testing with v10.3 of FSD back in 2021. It’s interesting that it’s the same FSD version as before, and not something like 12.6.4.1, but I guess Tesla can change the weights without changing the version. And they’ve likely been doing this for a while with 12.6.4. 😒

As a Brit, we don't have Tesla FSD (Full Self Driving) yet. So as part of the family holiday, I hired a Cybertruck for 3 weeks to do a bit of a California road trip to see if FSD really is as good as some of the YouTube videos I've seen. We've done over 1000 miles in it so far and WOW... Put some rough clips together to show our Day 1 using it etc. No exaggeration, it drove from Venice Beach in LA all the way to Monterey via Big Sur and then to Lake Tahoe with zero interventions. And loads of little trips as well. It's just incredible. I really cannot wait for FSD to be allowed in the UK. The moment it is likely, I'm buying a brand new Tesla just for FSD. It's really THAT good...

I attempted to swat all of it away, and believe I did so, but I'm sure I will get comments about how I should have said this or that. So let me say ahead of time, thank you so much for your amazingly helpful comment😂 ------------------------------------------------------------ Tesla FSD 14.1.4 Ubers a Prius owner for his first experience in a Tesla and with FSD. This guy started out the drive throwing a ton of FUD at me for the first 4-5 minutes, but the funniest part of the video is the 2nd half of it, where you can literally hear the cognitive dissonance about FSD that has been comfortably planted in his head, not have any clue where to go when confronted with the reality of what he is experiencing right then, first hand. And just FYI, don't go too hard on this guy, he gave me a great rating and a nice tip. He seemed like a good dude, he's just been given bad data, and now he's got better data, the kind he experienced himself versus reading stuff online.

Forget UPL, it's the Devin's simple right hand turn that FSD needs to master first. I am blown away that software as good as FSD can make mistakes as simple but devastating as this. This is the second time in less than two weeks that FSD has tried to pull infront of a vehicle on a VERY SIMPLE right hand turn. The car drove pretty much flawlessly all day today (3~ hours of driving) but it ends the day with a move like this and it just takes all the confidence I have with FSD away in a simple move. I understand that the version of FSD we have today is not what will be used in Austin in June, but the fact that FSD is making decisions like this and 'full autonomy' is less than 3 months away - it's a bit concerning to me. I would feel a bit better if a near flawless version of FSD existed 'in the wild' for several months before Austin happens, but that's just me. Tesla Model 3 HW4 FSD 13.2.8 Tesla AI Ashok Elluswamy

Just left the hospital — no surgery needed Now here’s the reality… Tesla/FSD critics would rather see you spend thousands on an ambulance than acknowledge how this technology actually helps people in real situations Here’s a quick clip from my 30-minute drive to the hospital today — zero interventions. And this was only half the drive FSD handled the day I broke my elbow, deep out on the trails There’s no way I could’ve dealt with that pain and driven myself over an hour to urgent care. FSD made the ride smooth, controlled, and as comfortable as possible. I stayed alert and ready to take over the entire time. Save money. Value your life. Buy a Tesla

For most companies, this feature would be the main headline event. Today I had Grok in my Cybertruck start my day with a motivational quote from Elon Musk. Then I told it to take me to the Apple Visitor Center. Then the Tesla store. Then coffee at Starbucks. While driving, it told me the weather, updated me on how $TSLA was doing, while I just sat there, completely hands-free, watching my Tesla take me exactly where I asked, all in real-time. Then I sipped my morning tea from my Tesla mug. I danced in my seat a little bit bc I was happy. And my Tesla handled the entire drive. Just my voice and no stress. This is what the future looks like, and it’s only possible bc of the power and synergy of Tesla FSD and xAI’s Grok. Once you experience this, just 1 time, there’s no going back. I feel bad for all my doubters and haters who had to drive themselves manually to work today… bc I didn’t.

$TSLA 🇰🇷 BREAKING : I just experienced FSD (Supervised) for the first time in Korea. The vehicle is Model X and the FSD version is *V14.1.4. We have yet to see any official cases of V14 being applied outside of the United States and Canada. I've just completed my first FSD run for about an hour. (I've experienced about 10,000km of FSD in the U.S.) Except for the parking lot, there was never a case where I intervened during the FSD drive. The first impression of the FSD that works in Korea is that it is very amazing and a great achievement of the Tesla AI team. Although there was one case where I went off the road without following the navigation, the FSD thought to itself and drove on the right path. The overall experience in Korea was very good, such as turning left, turning right, U turn, joining lanes, and changing lanes. It's kind of like... an American driver driving in Korea on an international driver's license. If more data is generated in the future and the number of users increases, higher achievement of FSD in Korea is very much expected. I can't wait for more people to experience FSD in Korea! (Tesla Korea is a HW4 vehicle that purchased FSD and will update the FSD (Supervised) in the future for vehicles suitable for VIN number 5or7.
