This is for the person who struggles with their body image. You are not alone. All the time, I wish I had even a tiny bit of consistent confidence in my body. You know what I’ve realized? I can love myself no matter what my body looks like. I can trust myself no matter my size. I can care for myself no matter what other people think of me. Can I say how hard that is when people tear me down in comments or messages? To still love myself regardless of how I’m treated? That’s a mission. It’s actually the mission we’re all on. My body can be sacred to me even if I’m self-conscious about it. Sometimes I wear something so beautiful that it reminds me that I’m beautiful too… Because what’s on the inside is what will radiate to the outside. Every day, I focus on being kind or sharing a helping hand. My body is a vessel for what I believe to be true about the world and that’s that everyone can make a difference- big or small. In a world of unfortunate circumstances- here’s a reminder: we are not defined by our circumstances but by our courage to redefine our circumstances. On my journey in search of shelter for myself and my family, I caught sight of an exhausted, desperate cat, pleading in the language of silence for a morsel to ease her hunger. Her eyes were broken, and her trembling body spoke of long days of deprivation. She had found no one to feed her, no one to show her kindness. I stood helpless before her. I didn’t know what to do, and I wept... I wept for myself, and for her. For here, hunger does not distinguish between human or animal, young or old, living or lifeless. Everyone groans under the weight of massacres, deprivation, and fear. We have all become equal in suffering... We are being annihilated, starved, displaced, buried alive under the silence of the world. We will plead to God... We will plead to Him about our oppression, our hunger, our spilled blood, and our souls suspended between heaven and earth. We will cry out against those who caused our tragedy, those who stole our homes, our safety, and our children’s dreams. Forgive me, my little cat... We recorded the outro to Trust Ceremony in 𝖈𝖆𝖈𝖔 (𝓵𝓪𝓫𝓸𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓮𝓹 𝓮𝓻𝓪) 🌸 ‘s bedroom near the end of this last tour. It was one of the last things that was recorded for the album. After YEARS of working on this album mostly alone, and spending the entire tour kinda isolating myself to get it done in time, it was really cathartic getting to finish it off with my friends. Now everytime I listen to it, I’ll remember this little moment of celebrating all our hard work on that tour. It’s a reminder that even in the things that I must do alone, I’m blessed to be surrounded by people who are rooting for me at every step :’) Anyways, all that is to say that we all sobbed when we finally listened to the album and reached the end

I'm getting really frustrated at myself, blessings. I should have planned for a better debut.. I didn't get a starting soon screen with my oc on it or a debut teaser trailer. I don't know how to roleplay a cute story as an opening to my debut. Usually, someone does like a lore video or a song cover for an intro.. I'm really bummed.. It’s my big day! (No, not my birthday; this is way more important to me.) Two years since I chose myself and the generations after me. I’m on the precipice of my new career in polysomnography, and I’m celebrating this win, these wins actually , being alcohol free and now completely sober has really contributed to all my other accomplishments as of late .
