Hey Niantic, how about you actually TEST your new features/updates BEFORE releasing them to the public 😮‍💨 It's damn near every update we get hit with something that could have been avoided if you would have just double checked everything to ensure the updates work without any errors. Some players can't even play the game at all because of this pop up that won't go away.. 😒 #PokemonGO

You want to cook with that? Shower in that? This is public health disaster in the making! This is not unique to Bric Apartments. All these "developers" sink boreholes in their basements. Who is monitoring the quality, depth, sustainability, etc? How does the City collect revenue? Do we think that Nairobi has an endless supply of underground water? When these boreholes run dry, are we ready for the effects? These "developers" are NOT urban planners and have never even browsed through NIUPLAN. The caption for the ad states that we "defend fairness in women’s sports." That's the violation. Today’s #AQI is over 200. Our city has been engulfed in polluted air since the monsoons stopped. There is no skyline visible that developers are so proud of. It is hidden in the smog. Imagine what this is doing to the lungs of our children? The rampant waste burning, industrial emissions, over 6000 construction sites continue to flout guidelines and norms. Despite repeated warnings and attempts to put checks in place. Breathing this toxic air affects every person. Our children and elderly especially. Hope the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC will do more to help us all breathe cleaner air. As citizens we will support you but WE must do more to #BeatAirPollution 🙏🏻

Did you even listen to the members during Arirang Notes and other interviews? Do you really think you know better than them? This isn’t about choosing Come Over over Into the Sun or the other way around. Both deserve to be heard properly. We wanted Come Over to be included in the album as well, not just as a hidden track—we genuinely find it moving and truly a masterpiece. But that doesn’t mean another track should be pushed down or replaced. It’s about giving space to both songs without removing anything at all.

3am this morning at Eda Plaza, Jabi, Abuja. A fire broke out and we the traders could do nothing but stand helplessly and watch our shops, goods and livelihoods burn. The Nigerian Fire Service was present, but the fire continued for hours without being effectively contained as they did not have the proper equipments to fight the fire. Around 6am, Julius Berger finally arrived with a fire truck and helped bring the situation under control. The fact that Julius Berger, a private construction company, had to arrive around 6am with a fire truck and successfully tackle a fire that had been burning since around 3am tells you everything you need to know. Walahi, we the citizens are on our own in Nigeria.

San Francisco’s economy is recovering, and people want to be here again. As we continue to build that momentum, we need to make sure that San Franciscans feel the benefits and can continue to raise their kids in this incredible city. We need to build housing, we need to create jobs, and we need to keep bringing people back downtown, our front door to the world and the economic engine for our city. That’s why today I am proud to announce the BUILD Act with Supervisor Bilal Mahmood—a legislative package that will unlock stalled housing projects and create thousands of good union jobs. The BUILD Act will reform the transfer tax to incentivize investment in these housing projects and buildings downtown—stimulating new jobs for electricians, plumbers, and laborers. And we will put forward a ballot measure in November to ensure that transfer tax is paid on properties in foreclosure so we can offset revenue impacts. Our politicians used to take our workers and our families for granted. But those politicians are gone, and those days are over. We are now creating the conditions for our city’s success. By passing the BUILD Act, we will take the next step, creating the jobs and building the housing that San Franciscans deserve.
