This morning, we announced Veterans Affairs has processed more than two million disability claims - faster than ever before. We're reducing our disability backlog and getting Veterans the answers they deserve quicker.

@DeptVetAffairs Did you mark 98% of them denied?!

@DeptVetAffairs That's great. I want the twenty grand that was taken from me while I was treated like an animal forced to live on the streets 2019-2023. I want a written apology for the trauma, violations of rights, failure to contact about my benefits, covered it up.

@DeptVetAffairs Going through one right now and it’s definitely not better. Quite bad this time actually. Is it standard to deny claims 6 days after submitting them?

@DeptVetAffairs Your tweet omits important information. Are the amount of denials more, less or the same?

@DeptVetAffairs Sadly most were denied so vets now must appeal them. What does that backlog look like?

@DeptVetAffairs Wow, that is crazy, the old VA was doing great to deny just one million claims.

@DeptVetAffairs How the VA handles claims.....

This is magnificent. Just this month, I was working with a Vet who is a barber in Martinsburg, WV. I gave him information about 2 organizations that could help him initiate his disability application at the local Martinsburg, VA. He has medical issues due to exposure to the open burn pits from when he was in Iraq. Over the years, I have worked with Vets helping them to apply who have died before their case was ever addressed. This is wonderful.

@DeptVetAffairs "processed" = deny deny deny deny......
