Proactive is the part I'd stress test. I run a small crew of agents and the rule that saved me: they can draft anything, they can send nothing without me.

Same. The other rule I'd add (and I've been burned by this a lot): silence never counts as success. If an agent didn't report back, I assume it failed.

ya i think a lot of people deal with blank canvas syndrome. have no idea what to do with a blank canvas. agents should be giving more proactive recommendations
