Today I'm excited to introduce Hark, a new artificial intelligence lab building the most advanced, personal intelligence in the world We've been in stealth for 8 months, assembling one of the greatest AI and hardware teams on the planet I want to explain why I started Hark and what... show more

We’re cooking. Big updates coming this year. You can follow our journey here: @hark_labs We are hiring across the AI foundation models, Infra, Computer Use Agents, and Hardware Engineering. Consider joining us as we go from 0 to 1:

interesting, curious why you chose to announce without anything being immediately ready to try

Bring back launch videos that actually show the product

Congrats on the launch!

🔥🔥🔥

wow another ai company with a cool video that says a bunch of nothing

If the Founder/CEO exclusively wears black-on-black clothing, you're not getting your investment back. iykyk

Can’t wait to see what this team is able to create. Thrilled to be a small part of the journey.

Brett perfecting the run-multiple-companies strategy that Elon more or less invented very cool to watch this play out in real time

“Today I m excited to”

Reducing incredibly useful things like Claude coding agents to "dumb LLM chatbots" is not a good or a serious look.

Will hark be working with the helix team?

its hilarious to see everybody repackaging chat bots with edgy videos trying to position themselves as the next epic founder honestly hilarious

we really are living ina movie

Excited to watch more videos of products no one can use.

You call existing LLM's dumb and Hark will be true AGI and you showcase that by having your system make a reservation and finding a bike route.....lmaooo

maybe this one will have customers

What most people call AI today is still just interface intelligence. The real threshold is personal intelligence: a system that doesn’t just answer prompts, but accumulates your patterns, carries your context, and becomes a cognitive extension of you. That’s when software stops feeling like software and starts feeling like a second mind.

>be brett adcock >build humanoid robots with figure >realize chatbots aren’t enough >start a new AI lab from scratch >drop $100M of your own money >promise sci-fi level personal intelligence >no product yet, just vision AGI startups are now launching like trailers.

What inspired the name?

Alright I'm in.

Good luck in your new endeavor. Don't forget your robots!

hark tuah

sounds great. so the foundational model for figure then? Brett turning step by step into one of the most relevant founders and innovators for the future world so it seems.

Congrats Brett, thoughts on the new LeWorldModel paper by Yann?

AI + hardware presents a truly significant opportunity. Software enables recording and display, while hardware is what truly delivers the experience. In the past, displays were fixed, thus limiting the experience due to the fixed software interface. Today, generating software interfaces has become extremely simple, making the experience increasingly important.

Where do you find the time? This is your 4th company 😀

Congrats Brett

@grok how is Hark different from other A.I. platforms?

This is a really interesting direction. It’s not just “personal AI” anymore, it feels more like something that accumulates context, memory, and intent over time, almost like an extension of your own thinking. If this actually works, the value shifts away from the model itself and toward the relationship between the user and the system, and that relationship compounds the more you use it, making it much harder to replace. At that point it stops being just software and starts becoming a way of offloading parts of how you think, and the real question is no longer how smart the AI is, but how much of you ends up living inside it.

Interesting because the ambition is clearly moving beyond prompt/response. The target is a system with memory, continuity, and enough personalization to function less like a tool and more like a standing cognitive delegate.

Right, so all other AI are dumb and Hark is going to be better than all of them because you've worked on it for 8 months? Gemini, Claude, Grok all leap-frogged because you're smarter and better at executing than Elon and Demis? How big is your data centre? How many chips do you have allocated for your future growth?

bro just start a YouTube channel like a normal person I swear to god

I truly believe Brett will be the next visionary of our time, he is already building technology at a pace only Elon Musk was capable of. For example while Optimus is still being teleoperated at demos, Figure robots are already generating massive impact with the Helix 3 model. It is completely autonomous. People don't understand yet the difference. It's like when you show a prototype vs when you are capable of deploying a real production version (orders of magnitude of difference).
