Tha matter has been considered and UPSC will postpone the exam. Official notification is awaited. It'll notified within 24-48hrs.

Stand for justice is virtue of God. Equality of opportunity is our fundamental rights. Just postpone for some suitable date that is it.. even during election time you did that postponement, which I do not think was necessary... BUT NOW IT IS A NECESSITY.
