“Jacob, you don’t know ball. Bron always makes the right pass.” — Bron fanboys Y’all got mad at me for saying Bron is PASSIVE late game because he doesn’t have a TRUSTWORTHY jumpshot. So I went back and watched Kobe’s breakdown of what he wants to see from LeBron in the finals. Kobe AGREES with me: Bron needs to stop always driving all the way inside with a fake attack just to kick it out. He NEEDS to develop a 1-2 dribble pull-up on the elbow. This is why Kobe, MJ, and even KD are FAR better scorers than Bron. If I have the game on the line, Bron isn’t even in my top 20 guys I’d want with the ball ✌️ (Detail With Kobe Bryant ESPN+)

The media and fans never had this conversation because when KD was destroying the Cavs in the finals, Bron was ducking by switching his teammates on KD. The narrative was that KD only won because he stacked the deck. But in a vacuum, at the time, who you taking? The choice was obvious… Prime KD vs Prime Bron (Pro-am)
