No wonder the cement price is not going to come down , a lot of roads construction going on now and with the introduction of concrete construction roads I don’t think we are going to have cement cheap anytime soon. But this a good job ,I think that section of road is water area👁️

What is done is called soil stabilization.

This is called soil/cement, it just the stabilization of earth or sand, filling matterial (literite or stonebase) to increase the streanght or bearing capacity , it varies depending on the desired strenght you want. We av 5, 6 ,10 or even 20 percent cement to soil ratio.

That is called Cement-Soil stabilization. Usually done in areas where the subgrade is unstable.
