There are no kings in America. We need to remind ourselves that our voices are important. That we do need to stand up and say what we believe in. That's how we change the direction of this country. That's what democracy is.

Astrophysicist Adam Frank has a message that will change how you think about climate change forever. "We don't need to save the planet - the planet will always survive. We need to save ourselves." This is how he views the threat of climate change:

No matter where you are, no matter who you're voting for, really, you come together because we know we can't do the things we need to do alone. We need to do them together." This has always been the driving force of the iconic Dolores Mission, and it's the idea that has driven my whole life.

This is serious. This is urgent. We need a change in culture. White lives matter too.

This. 100%. “Britain just doesn’t need a change of government, Britain needs a change in how the country is governed.” We need to see Members of Parliament in show-trials in front of their families, before everybody goes to jail or the poor house. That will get the message across.

Climate has always changed and always will. No matter how much we spend, we won't be able to significantly change that fact. Better to spend limited resources adapting to and mitigating that reality.

Alex Kanyi: If 68% -70% of our revenue goes to debt and recurrent expenditure, then how much do we have left for development. Do we really need 347 MPs? Do we need 47 counties? This is the difficult conversation we want parliament to have #CitizenDayBreak

Our country is badly in need of change. And we need change that puts our entire political system back in the service of ordinary people. There’s a lot to do, and we are all behind Keir Starmer to deliver the change we promised.

The farken level of bullshit that comes out of Jackson mouth is truly amazing... We don't need diversity in parliament we need the best people in parliament the country has. MMP has failed NZ. The greens are abomination. Doyle has no one to blame other than himself.
