✈️ This pilot flat-out refused to take off… even though the crew had already cleared the plane for departure. He had a bad gut feeling — oil pressure on engine #2 was trending up and the fuel system filter still needed replacing. He told the passengers straight up: “They...

🐰: i feel so sorry that i couldn’t go to the music shows this time. i’m really sorry. actually, i even feel sorry for saying that I’m sorry. really… i actually planned to go to all the music shows. i really wanted to go to all of them. and, you know, dino is the kind of younger brother who always comes whenever we have music-show promotions. so knowing how grateful i am for that... and he really worked so hard preparing this album 🐰: he had so many things to worry about, and he went through a lot of stress… i knew that, so i i really thought, ‘i have to go support him. i really have to go’. but there were more overlaps with the things i had to do than i expected 🐰: so i said, ‘chan, send me the schedule. let me see the schedule’, and… it seemed like the time for would work the best. but on the exact day of , i had something scheduled at around 11. i went to the shop, and then another schedule came up. there was something i had to do… 🐰: i mean, if i went there in the early morning and came back, i could go, i could… but… this is an excuse, i know i’m making excuses right now… i felt like it might interfere with things a little, so i thought, ‘then i should go to’. but honestly, i didn’t know that was… well, i didn’t know that the thing was a live broadcast. so right after that recording ended, i asked the manager, ‘manager, what time is the pre-recording tomorrow?’ and he said, ‘tomorrow is’ 🐰: he said, ‘so there’s only the 10 am run-through.’ and that’s when i thought, ‘oh, crap.’ so i immediately called dino… well, i called him first, but he didn’t answer, so i left him a text. i said, ‘dino, i just found out that there isn’t an pre-recording. i’m sorry. i was going to go during, but i had this schedule… so i was going to go to instead, but i couldn’t go. i’m really sorry’ 🐰: then chan called me back later because he couldn’t answer before, and he said, 🦦: hyung, i’m really grateful just for the thought 🐰: and i felt so sorry 🐰: so for the concert, i’m planning to go on both the first and second days… i have something else on the third day, so i can’t go that day… but i’m going to go on both the first and second days oh my god, to think dokyeom has been thinking about this all the time 😭

Tracy McGrady says he leaned on Kobe Bryant to manage his $5,000,000 rookie contract and the NBA lifestyle at 18 years old “I never felt like I had it under control. Ever. I was trying to control it the best way I possibly could because I didn’t have the knowledge.” “I’m young. I didn’t have the knowledge. I’m just maneuvering through this shit by trial and error, just trying to figure it out as I go.” “But having Kobe at the time, I could pick up the phone, call Kobe, because he’s somebody that I leaned on religiously at that time. Very intelligent person. Very grounded. His structure and my structure are totally two different structures.” “I needed to have that conversation and learn from him, who had the structure and had the intelligence to help me maneuver through this shit that I know nothing about.” “I could just pick up the phone and call my man and be like, ‘Yo, I’m struggling with this. What should I do?’ And he was so gracious enough to give me the game. That was through our whole career.” “Everything, bro. We talked about everything. I stayed with him. At his house in L.A. Just to have those conversations, man, it really got me through a lot. I’m not even just talking about basketball. I’m talking about having money and having to deal with family and maneuvering through all of that.” “I didn’t know how to deal with that. Kobe grew up in this. He’s got the blueprint. This shit is all a blank canvas for me. And I’m trying to figure it out.” “Even from a mentality standpoint, how you approach games, how you work out. I don’t have any of this. I ain’t really work out until I got to the pros.”

Bill Maher says he "doesn't blame" Trump for sneaking off Air Force One in a catering truck while Marco Rubio and the press stayed on the decoy plane. Then Andrew Cuomo jumps in and admits every other president would have done the exact same thing. MAHER: “President Trump foiled the assassins again this week. He jumped on the plane that wasn’t the plane, but he left everybody else on the other plane. If the Iranians were going to shoot down that plane, goodbye, Marco Rubio and a lot of other people. No, I’m not judging here. I’m sure that’s what the Secret Service told him to do." “My question is, because I’ve heard it is the president’s discretion whether he could do that or not. Do you think any other president would have done it differently? Like, say, Jimmy Carter. He was like Mr. Christian Guy. Would he have left his friends on that other plane? What about Obama? What about Reagan?” ANDERSON: “Donald Trump has had a number of credible threats on his life, traced back to the Iranian government. He got his ear shot. So I kind of think if you’re Donald Trump, you do what the Secret Service tells you.” MAHER: “Yeah, I would." CUOMO: "I think they all would.” MAHER: “You think they all would?” CUOMO: “Yeah, I think they would do what the Secret Service said to do. Yes, it’s his decision, but you rarely go against what the Secret Service is advising.” On the decoy plane were Marco Rubio, Scott Bessent, White House staffers, and the traveling press, some of whom had no idea the president was gone and were told to keep their window shades closed. Meanwhile, Trump was smuggled off Air Force One inside a catering truck to a smaller military jet, with Pete Hegseth flying at his side. The White House said he was aboard Air Force One the whole time.

He made an approach from runway 29, and then he carried out a missed approach, after which he again tried to make an attempt from runway 11. I also have no contact with the pilots; they are not there. It is a very unfortunate decision. We are very sad about it. We are trying to first be with the families who have lost their next of kin. It is a very unfortunate incident. Primarily, it appears that the pilot could not see the runway...He was a very experienced pilot, more than 16,000 hours of experience. The co-pilot also had 1500 hours of experience. The Captain was very experienced. He was with Sahara, JetLite, Jet Airways and he was very experienced on this type of aeroplane also...The aircraft was very well-maintained. There was absolutely no problem in the aircraf, there was no technical failure in the aircraft as far as we know...My deepest condolences. Captain Sumit Kapoor was a very good friend of mine. He was a brother to me. His son is also a pilot with us. Captain Shambhavi Pathak was a daughter to me. Both of them were extremely good human beings and extremely good pilots..." On the 2023 plane crash incident, he says, "What happened in 2023 occurred at Mumbai airport. It was raining then too and the visibility was low. The pilot skidded off the runway after touchdown.
