Steph Curry on his right thumb, which is still wrapped and swollen: “It’s in a great place.” Does it only hurt when it gets hit? “Yeah and it’s almost impossible for it not to. But I’ll be good.”

This is the Chippy Tea Sandwich from the UK. It is considered the ultimate British comfort food. It’s buttered bread with a heaping pile of french fries, salt, vinegar, mushy peas, chicken and mushroom pie and some really thick gravy. No wonder the are going crazy over our food. Would you eat this sandwich?

This cold weather sure does make me want to curl up with a good book and a warm cup of tea.

Kazakhs set up a second Yurt of Invincibility in Ukraine, this time in Kyiv. The first in Bucha provoked a furious response from Russia, so they decided to put up a second one. It’s a place for Ukrainians rest and warm up, drink some tea, charge their phones. H/T UkraineNow

This is a VERY contentious issue in Northern Ireland. Apparently, if it has chips in it, a large % of the population says it’s a BUTTIE. But put a chippy pastie in the exact same bread product and, by some dark culinary magic, it instantly becomes a BAP🤷🏻🪄🎩
