Yesterday I posted that the Flyers' 4th line all deserved assists on this goal by Porter Martone. Here's why: This is the game within the game. They're matched up here against Malkin's line and they spend the entire shift in the Ozone. Winning races and battles for pucks, wearing them out with possession forcing them to have to defend the entire shift. Selflessly changing in the offensive zone to get their top line out there against a tired Malkin line who eventually scores the opening goal. They played their role perfectly. Just look at the hard work and compete. They get an offensive line for the Pens to have to play in the Dzone for an extended period of time. And set the table for their own offensive line coming out next to do their thing. Amazing TEAM hockey for the game winning goal. The 4th line didn't get actual assists on the scoresheet, but you better believe they'll be on the team video for their effort in the morning.

Lmfao the dots don't even look close on the interception. Bateman double move and the corner didn't bite. Was the first thing Lamar looked at and pumped to. The PI is actually insanely bad lmfao. Threw it back shoulder and he just runs through him as if he doesn't even exist. It couldn't have been more obvious of a PI. If Lamar threw it sooner Likely might've been able to make a play on the ball if he went up, but the defender couldn't have done more to prevent him from making a play on the ball before it got there.

This scene from The Force Awakens where Kylo Ren uses The Force to try and grab the Skywalker Legacy lightsaber, only for it to fly past him and into Rey’s hands instead, still remains one of the coolest moments in all of Star Wars IMO. I’ll never forget how wild my theater went when this happened on opening night back in December 2015. Absolutely iconic.

Paul Pierce says the NBA should change the three point line to a LED line that just comes and goes “Like you can turn it off, turn it back on in certain times of the game. Like, if you are down ten with three minutes in the 4th. It’s just ridiculous how I have watched games, it would be next three minutes of all threes. Like, 48 minutes a game the three point line should be on only like 30 minutes. Then we going to see who got game, then you going to have to get buckets now. You ain’t just going to be launching.
