This is what half the country sees when they look at Mamdani. What is the correct way to fix this normal issue? Using world-projection to tile a normal map. However, when I rotate the OBJECT you can see the highlight on the normal map rotate also, this is not correct, as the light is not moving, but it looks like it is! Halp #unrealengine
