How many seconds should you rest between each set with this method?

About 20 seconds between each rep so you can give max effort. This video explains more:

Love this! 💯 Muscle irradiation is a very effective concept and cue to generate, recruit, and improve muscle activation. This is also very effective when performing active stretching and active mobility exercises.

explains it to perfection: Many people speed up their repetitions to complete the series as quickly as possible. That's exactly the opposite of what you should do. You should make each repetition as productive as possible. For practical purposes, each repetition becomes a training in itself. It doesn't matter if you go up and down at an artificially determined speed. It matters that you give repetition your absolute attention. Remember, no matter what you do, you won't have the opportunity to do that repetition again. Give it the best. Do each repetition thinking that it is the last one you are going to do.

Majority of people doing pull-ups are trying to stay or become healthy. They aren’t competing in body building. Do your 3x10 and move on lol 30 sets of 1 is hilarious for 99.9% of people
