Where did this video come from? Who did it? ...I can certainly relate to the school culture mess example. The video highlights a consistent pattern: Even the people whose job it is to protect the kid from the bully, do not care about him. (Or are powerless to see what's actually going on: they protect THEIR OWN interest, at the victim's expense.)
