Dallyn went to talk about the money. After a verbal argument, he got back in his car. Tissington then walked up with a baton, tapped on the window, threatened to put him in the hospital, and smashed two side windows while Dallyn was inside recording. RCMP charged Tissington with mischief. He cooperated with police after the incident. The video went viral back then and keeps resurfacing.
