If he's not there for the whole scene, he can sometimes get paid less. No way! So finishing early can actually affect your pay? Sometimes, yeah. I used to hire friends as fluffers on my sets to get the guys ready before scenes. Fluffers are real? On my sets, they were. How does that work? They help get the guys ready before the scene. Some performers also use numbing spray. When I was in college, I used to carry it around because I'd finish too fast. I'd sneak off to the bathroom, use it, and come back.
