I’ll always see it as the anti leap of faith scene. Instead of confidently swinging with motivational quotes going through his head, he’s panicked and filled with desperation and fear, hearing every negative thing ever said to him eat at his mind. It’s so unbelievably good.

This is the best final swing, cause it’s not a celebration like all the others (that I still adore) but it’s a tense moment of panic and fear and anxiety. It’s so perfect in every way. The voices, the visuals, the sloppy swinging style, it all is just so PERFECT UGH
