This scene isn't talked about enough. I love the fact that this Flash's lightning appears only when he's super fast. Otherwise, he's a blur in regular super sonic speed. It adds depth and power to his speed and lightning when it appears....Really cool

When the unique skill is charged, Lightning gets photographed, showing off his stickers and blinding his opponents 📸
