This customer claims her fries container wasn’t full even after the worker showed her they were, she keeps sitting there at the window demanding they constantly remake her fries after several remakes already. I get irritated when people go out to regular restaurants acting expecting to get the service of a five star restaurant. It’s fast food, the point of it is for people to get their food quick and easy so they can go about their day. The way I see it is if the worker already showed her that the amount of fries is accurate, there shouldn’t be any issue at all, it doesn’t make sense to me. I also get irritated when the customer who is in the wrong, demands to speak to corporate or the owner, acting like the outcome would be any different. Corporate and the owner have more important things to do than to worry about someone who is being rude to the workers all over an order of French fries. I’ve seen this firsthand, they act like they spent hundreds of dollars in some gourmet meal, they need to just get over it and let the workers do their jobs.

This lady ordered her food through DoorDash and when the order is placed the food is prepped for the driver, however the driver took 25 minutes to pick up the food and when she received it it was cold so she took it back to Wendy’s for a replacement and the manager agreed and was going to fix it for her until she started knocking on the counter demanding extra food for her trouble to come back, the manager took exception to her behavior and threw the food in the trash and told her to take it up with DoorDash, after all it was DoorDash’s mistake and they do have remedies for this type of thing, he was just being accommodating, when this didn’t work out for her she snatched another customer’s food and took off out the door.

This door dasher was being heavily criticized after this video was posted. It shows her putting the food down and taking a picture. Right after she picks it up and takes it away. This woman was grocery shopping, she finished up and packed up her groceries. She pushed the start button to start the motor only for it not to work, after a moment she realizes why it won’t start. This isn’t her car, now she had to stand and wait by the car to explain to the owner why her groceries are in the car and hope she can get the back. The manager came out and said in order to do so, they would have to clean out the whole fry bin and it’s too busy to do that. I think the average person would assume she means when youths take the fries out of the oil, don’t put salt on hers. That’s what I think she means, I don’t think she meant not a single speck of salt on them, she just wants them plain, if that was true, shouldn’t they have honored that?

While visiting grandmas house, the kids see some McDonald’s bags in the cabinet. As soon as they reach for it, grandma runs in and stops them from eating it. She tells them they were from when their mom was a kid. The food was there since 2004. They open the wrappers to inspect the food, besides an unpleasant smell, the food is mostly intact. There isn’t a speck of mold on it at all. This begs the question of how many preservatives and chemicals are in this, it’s not natural for food to not spoil and get moldy. Should she put it back in the cabinet to see if it ever actually spoils, knowing this, why would anyone even eat this anymore?

When they got back, the door was propped open with a magnetic ball. They didn’t go in, they went to the front desk to report it. The floor they were on didn’t have cameras in the hallways either. Customer gets into an argument with the staff over their pizza, walks outside the door and immediately throws it on the ground. Takes a step and slips and falls, talk about karma coming back at you quickly. As the manager on duty I think I would understand why the customer left angry but I wouldn’t wish harm on anyone. I think I would even offer to make them a new pizza. I would take this opportunity to take a customer that will never come back, and turn it into a pleasant experience for them. Maybe the customer was just having a bad day and they flipped out for no reason, it happens to us all. But after all they did pay for a pizza because they wanted to eat it, it wouldn’t bother me that they did it themself. I would still remake it, let them enjoy their pizza and cool down, who knows, they might and realize they were wrong and apologize next time they order. That’s what I would want if this happened to me.
