This should be illegal, and I'm not even kidding. How is this even possible?!? Developers have never had it this easy before. With this new Emergent AI agent (and Claude 4 integration), you can create fully functioning products with a prompt: 1. The front-end 2. The complete back-end 3....

I'm stunned we can now build so much and get so far with a few prompts. This was impossible a year ago. I don't think this will scare professional developers anytime soon, but it will definitely help more people build cool applications. Emergent was gracious enough to share a code with me if you want to skip the line to join: Go here and use code "VIBEWITHSANTIAGO". That should get you in.

How much do you trust the result? You trust it to implement the business rules? You trust how it compute anything money related? You trust its security? You trust it won’t do crazy expensive stuff with the cloud provider api? How much time spent auditing code before production?

I'm a developer, so I never trust any code. Don't even code written by me.

How does this compare to replit?

Ya but I only need this if I think that people are going to visit the site. Just make the api, I want my LLM to use your api and render the content to me the way that I want it.

Gave this a try! Really cool, love how it easily handles APIs, especially for someone non technical like me. My only issue is that it eats up a ton of credits when testing, more than building the entire app. UI design is pretty basic also, but it works well!

Santiago what’s your professional opinion on the quality of the code tho?

No LLM writes better code than I do. They write more code and write it faster, but most of the time, pro developers will be dissatisfied with the quality of the code.

What's the difference between this platform, and every other platform (firebase, Magnus, etc...) out there? Are you saying this is better?

English is literally the hottest programming language. It's absolutely crazy that you can build a complete product in plain English. I'm using Rocket in this video. This is a new app. You type what you want, and Rocket builds it for you. This is great if you want to build: • A landing page • A complete web application • A mobile app • A dashboard to showcase something • An internal tool to automate anything This is another example of how developers should become comfortable being copilots for AI agents (instead of using AI as a copilot). Some of the things I like about Rocket: 1. One-click deploy to Netlify (I use Netlify for all my projects) 2. GitHub integration 3. Supabase integration for your backend 4. Built-in support for Stripe 5. Built-in support for Resend 6. Google Analytics integration 7. Smart AI search with Perplexity 8. You can also integrate with GPT models, Gemini, and Claude 9. You can make visual edits by describing what you want 10. You can upload images and have Rocket implement them Best of all are the templates: They have a large library of templates that will help you get started. These templates will help you save money (because of fewer tokens), and you can modify them as you see fit. I read on the site that you can also bring a Figma file and turn it into an app, but I didn't test that feature. By the way, you can start using it for free. Here is the link: Thanks to the Rocket team for their support and for collaborating with me on this post.
