Sure, if you want tp buy new equipment every year. The padding will dry out and rust will destroy the iron, dummy.

As much as I agree, I’ll take just having people re-rack their plates and putting dumbbells back in the rack in the right spot.

One reason I built a home gym. Commercial gyms suck and are germ.pits nothing ever gets cleaned . People sweat all over benches and equipment .total slobs. Home gym avoid dealing with that crap.

Buy the equipment you need/use and never look back. The modern gym sucks and is disgusting.
