This should be setting off alarm bells. Service members trying to leave the military on moral grounds have surged to SIX TIMES the normal rate since Trump’s war with Iran began in February. Groups helping troops navigate conscientious objection say they’re assisting hundreds who believe the orders they’re being... show more

The news gets more disturbing each day! We have a toddler as president!

@DittiePE How long until we take to the streets. This is untenable.

My alarm bells started going off when Hedgebreath started blowing up fishing boats.

My husband is a former heavy combat Marine. He’s appalled at what’s been going on for decades.

This needs to ramp up quickly. Military needs to say no. Police need to say no. Just say no to illegal orders.

Here we go, everything is proceeding as it should.

Wow

Seems to me like @SecWar @PeteHegseth a @FoxNews clown is a complete failure @amvetsupport @VetsForRL @DeptVetAffairs @veteransunited @realDonaldTrump @POTUS #iranwar

That's good, but if they really want to make a change, stay and do what they did in Vietnam--go rogue and take out the commanding officers who keep telling you to keep killing. That's how you end a war--don't run, fight the right people.

You have to wonder when rank and file soldiers are more moral than their leaders. The service academies are supposed to teach ethics to officers.

Why. When compared to the 1.3 million military serving and the huge recruitment numbers this is in line with no red flags. Quit the lying liberal bullshit. • 140 people out of an active-duty force of roughly 1.3 million equals about 0.011 percent, • Even if the advocacy groups’ six-month total is doubled to represent a full year, the share remains well under 0.03 percent of the force. • That scale is consistent with historical official Army conscientious-objector application counts, which have stayed in the low dozens per year for most of the all-volunteer era.

Our military is the best among us. So when they're ordered to commit war crimes and kill innocents, you can't blame them for not wanting to be involved in that.

You mean people don’t want to fight a proxy war anymore? Weird..

It's not new During the Gulf War newly deployed ships had a record number of female sailors get pregnant right before their tour. So many it was a joke, actually Women have the pregnancy card, men have sudden rewiring of their conscience 🤷♀️

THE TRUMP RECEIPTS The running record of Trump 2.0 that America cannot afford to forget. • Trump began his second term by attempting to end birthright citizenship by executive order, triggering immediate constitutional challenges and repeated court blocks over whether a president can rewrite the 14th Amendment’s citizenship guarantee without Congress or a constitutional amendment. • Trump abruptly fired independent inspectors general across major federal departments, removing watchdogs responsible for investigating waste, fraud, corruption, and abuse. A federal judge later found that Trump violated federal law by firing eight of them without the required notice and justification to Congress. • The administration moved to purge large numbers of career and probationary federal employees. A federal judge later found that the administration unlawfully directed agencies to fire roughly 25,000 probationary workers en masse. • The Justice Department fired or pushed out prosecutors and FBI personnel who had worked on Trump investigations and Jan. 6 cases, intensifying concerns that federal law enforcement was being reorganized around political loyalty rather than institutional independence. • Trump’s DOJ ordered prosecutors to drop the federal corruption case against New York Mayor Eric Adams while explicitly citing Adams’ ability to assist the administration’s immigration agenda. Manhattan U.S. Attorney Danielle Sassoon and other senior DOJ officials resigned rather than comply, raising extraordinary concerns about political interference in criminal prosecutions. Trump denied personally directing the dismissal. • Senior Trump national-security officials used the commercial Signal messaging app to discuss an imminent U.S. military strike against Houthi forces in Yemen and accidentally included Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg in the group. Messages included operational timing and strike-related information shortly before the attack. • Trump began issuing executive orders targeting prominent law firms associated with his critics, political opponents, the Mueller investigation, immigrants, and transgender clients. Federal judges blocked multiple orders, describing aspects of them as retaliatory, unconstitutional, disturbing, or threatening to the independence of the legal profession. • Other major law firms chose to negotiate with the White House instead of risking similar retaliation, agreeing to hundreds of millions of dollars in pro-bono legal commitments on causes acceptable to the administration, creating unprecedented concern about presidential power being used to pressure private law firms. • Trump imposed sweeping tariffs using emergency economic powers normally associated with national emergencies, bypassing the normal congressional tariff process and injecting enormous uncertainty into prices, businesses, manufacturing, and global trade. • The Supreme Court ultimately ruled in February 2026 that Trump had exceeded his authority and that the emergency statute he relied upon did NOT authorize those tariffs. At least $133 billion had already been collected under the unlawful tariff regime, leaving businesses fighting for refunds. • The Trump administration accepted a luxury Boeing 747-8 from Qatar for potential use as Air Force One, an extraordinary gift from a foreign government worth hundreds of millions of dollars that generated serious constitutional, ethics, national-security, and foreign-influence concerns. Qatar denied attempting to purchase influence. • Trump deployed the National Guard to Los Angeles over California’s objections during protests against aggressive immigration raids, creating a major confrontation over presidential military power, federalism, immigration enforcement, and the use of military forces during domestic political unrest. • ICE raids, violent enforcement operations, and families being terrorized in their own communities. • Americans shot and killed during immigration enforcement while the government demands more power and less accountability. • The administration expanded deportation operations while repeatedly facing court challenges over due process, detention, deportations, and the government’s use of extraordinary executive powers against migrants. • The government wrongfully deported Kilmar Ábrego García to El Salvador despite legal protection against his removal there, creating one of the most prominent due-process scandals of Trump’s immigration crackdown before courts forced the administration to facilitate his return. • Trump attempted to use the centuries-old Alien Enemies Act as an immigration enforcement tool against alleged gang members, resulting in major litigation over whether people could be removed without a meaningful opportunity to contest the government’s accusations. • The administration dramatically reduced the federal workforce. By late 2025, its own personnel chief said roughly 317,000 federal employees would leave government that year, raising questions about lost expertise, weakened regulatory capacity, public services, scientific research, disaster response, and whether career civil servants were being replaced by a system more politically responsive to the president. • Trump repeatedly attempted to use federal funding as leverage against universities whose leadership, policies, DEI programs, campus protests, or political culture he opposed. • The administration terminated approximately $2.2 billion in Harvard research funding. A federal judge later ruled that the cuts were unlawful, concluding the government could not use research funding in the manner it had attempted. • Massive cuts and freezes hit NIH grants, university research, laboratories, scientific staffing, graduate programs, medical research, and other federal science programs, with courts repeatedly finding portions of the administration’s funding actions unlawful. • Vaccine chaos and public health policy being dragged into political extremism instead of science, safety, and trust. • Environmental protections were aggressively rolled back across climate policy, pollution regulation, fossil-fuel development, vehicle emissions, public lands, wetlands, and other areas while the administration expanded drilling and attempted to reopen previously protected territory. • A federal court found that Trump unlawfully fired independent inspectors general without complying with the Inspector General Act, confirming that one of his earliest moves against federal watchdogs actually violated federal law. • Trump and his administration increasingly sought investigations of people who had previously investigated, prosecuted, sued, criticized, or defeated him in court. • Criminal cases were brought against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James after enormous public pressure from Trump. A federal judge dismissed both prosecutions after finding that the Trump-backed prosecutor who brought the indictments had been unlawfully appointed. The dismissals were without prejudice, but the ruling represented a major rebuke of the administration’s prosecutorial process. • Trump’s administration repeatedly tried to install favored federal prosecutors without normal Senate confirmation. Courts subsequently ruled against multiple appointments, raising concerns that appointment law was being circumvented to place loyalists in positions capable of investigating Trump’s enemies. • The Epstein files still raising serious questions, with millions of pages released and Trump referenced in the public record. Being named or referenced in Epstein-related records does NOT by itself establish participation in Epstein’s crimes. • A civil jury finding Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation while his movement still pretends morality matters. • A desperate push to reshape voting rules, restrict access, and tilt the midterms before the people can respond. • Rigging maps, erasing districts, and rewriting the rules to silence Black voters and diverse communities. • Trump directed federal agencies toward new voting restrictions involving citizenship documentation, mail ballots, voter data, and election administration, prompting extensive litigation over whether the executive branch was intruding on powers belonging to Congress and the states. • In August 2026 a federal judge sharply criticized the Postal Service for proceeding with a Trump-directed mail-voting rule despite an existing injunction, saying the agency had effectively failed to comply with the court’s order. • An unpopular war in Iran driving fear, instability, and higher gas prices while working families already struggle to survive. • Six months into the Iran conflict, Iran had not capitulated, the Strait of Hormuz remained badly disrupted, American military resources and munitions were under strain, regional instability had expanded, and oil averaged dramatically higher than before the war. • A Congress that has completely abdicated its constitutional power - from war authority, spending, oversight, impeachment, and checks on executive abuse - while the House waits for Trump’s approval and the Senate barely pretends to hold the line. • Trump repeatedly attempted to freeze, cancel, or redirect money that Congress had already appropriated, reviving a fundamental constitutional conflict over whether a president can effectively override Congress’ power of the purse. • Capital One saying in court that it closed more than 300 Trump Organization-linked accounts after an anti-money-laundering review - while the Trump family sued and tried to spin the closures as political persecution, even though the bank says it has not accused the Trump Organization of money laundering. • A nearly $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded “Anti-Weaponization Fund” created to pay Trump allies claiming political targeting - so extreme that critics warned it could compensate Jan. 6 defendants, including violent rioters who assaulted police, before Republican senators forced it to be formally rescinded. • Trump Media reportedly pitching Wall Street firms up to $100,000 per month for faster API access to Truth Social posts - including Trump’s own potentially market-moving statements - turning presidential influence, policy chaos, and market-moving announcements into a premium data feed for elites before average Americans can even react. • Trump’s family continued expanding World Liberty Financial and other cryptocurrency ventures while Trump simultaneously exercised presidential authority over cryptocurrency legislation, regulation, enforcement, banking, and market policy, creating an unprecedented collision between presidential decision-making and family financial interests. • A UAE-linked company reportedly acquired a $500 million stake in the Trump family’s World Liberty Financial shortly before Trump returned to office. Months later, his administration approved sales of advanced AI chips to the UAE. Democratic senators requested a national-security review; no corrupt quid pro quo has been established, but the sequence generated substantial conflict-of-interest concerns. • Trump repeatedly pressured the Federal Reserve for lower interest rates and attempted the unprecedented removal of Fed Governor Lisa Cook after Trump allies accused her of mortgage wrongdoing. • The Supreme Court blocked Trump’s attempt to remove Cook and reaffirmed that Federal Reserve governors cannot simply be fired at presidential will, protecting a century-old principle of central-bank independence. Cook denies intentional wrongdoing, and the accusations against her remain disputed. • A DOJ willing to drag former Olympic canoeist David “Davey” Hearn through a felony destruction-of-property case, exposing him to up to 10 years in prison over alleged Reflecting Pool “vandalism” - only to drop the case after evidence showed the damage came from flawed, rushed contractor work and a botched installation. • DOJ investigations increasingly turned toward officials connected to earlier Trump investigations. In August 2026, the department began seeking interviews with FBI personnel involved in the lawful 2022 Mar-a-Lago search, as part of a broader investigation into whether earlier investigations of Trump amounted to a conspiracy against him. • The Justice Department also issued subpoenas involving New York Attorney General Letitia James and her previous cases against Trump. In August 2026 a federal appeals court upheld a ruling blocking those subpoenas because the Trump-backed acting U.S. attorney who issued them had been unlawfully appointed. • Attacks on the free press, subpoenas against journalists, and constant attempts to punish anyone who exposes the truth. • The administration restricted Associated Press access after the AP refused to adopt Trump’s preferred terminology, while Trump and his administration escalated lawsuits, licensing threats, regulatory pressure, investigations, and attacks involving news organizations. • The Pentagon dismissed the editor-in-chief of Stars and Stripes in August 2026, generating another controversy over whether independent journalism inside the military was being subjected to political control. • The administration continued trying to make career federal workers easier to fire and subject them to new “suitability” standards and forced-ranking performance systems. Major federal unions sued in August 2026, arguing the rules could replace merit-based civil service with political patronage. Those claims remain pending. • On August 27, 2026, a federal judge ruled that the Trump administration unlawfully rewrote farmworker wage rules, finding that its changes improperly reduced wages and could also depress wages for American workers. The rule had potentially lowered affected wages by as much as $7 an hour and included an illegal housing-deduction provision. • Also on August 27, 2026, 23 states sued the administration over new conditions attached to federal Title X family-planning money, alleging that the government was improperly conditioning healthcare funding on ideological policies involving contraception, gender, DEI, and abstinence. Those allegations are newly filed and have NOT yet been adjudicated. • Grocery bills, energy costs, health costs, rent, insurance, and basic survival all crushing average Americans. • And through it all: unprecedented presidential-family business conflicts, crypto wealth, foreign financial relationships, attacks on watchdogs, pressure on prosecutors, retaliation allegations against political enemies, attempts to control independent institutions, repeated executive actions found unlawful by courts, and an administration constantly demanding MORE presidential power with LESS independent oversight. • Trump dramatically expanded imports of Argentine beef in 2026, initially giving Argentina an additional 80,000 metric tons of tariff-favored access and now moving to temporarily allow another massive increase in lower-tariff foreign beef imports to bring down record U.S. beef prices. The move has infuriated American ranchers and cattle groups who say Trump is sacrificing domestic producers to temporarily cover up a beef-affordability crisis instead of fixing the underlying problems that drove prices so high. Even Republican lawmakers and cattle organizations have attacked the policy as putting foreign beef ahead of American ranchers. • The Trump administration has dramatically increased the sale and removal of America’s federally protected wild horses. BLM removed thousands of horses from public lands, including 2,000 from Nevada’s Callaghan Complex alone in July 2026, while reporting indicates approximately 3,700 wild horses were sold during the first year of Trump’s second term and that hundreds may ultimately have entered the slaughter pipeline after leaving federal custody. BLM insists that it does NOT knowingly sell horses for slaughter and requires purchasers to certify otherwise, but the reported destinations of some animals have triggered serious questions about whether the government is adequately protecting these living symbols of the American West after rounding them up and selling them into private hands. • The Trump takeover of the Kennedy Center has now escalated into the administration raising the possibility of DEMOLISHING the John F. Kennedy memorial itself. After a federal court stopped an attempt to effectively rename the congressionally designated Kennedy Center for Trump, his allies approved new plans to place “Renovated and Restored by President Donald J. Trump” on the building and rename its grounds “President Donald J. Trump Plaza.” Now Trump’s DOJ has argued in court that if his renovation and fundraising plans are blocked, the Kennedy Center could eventually have to be demolished and potentially replaced by an outdoor amphitheater. Trump himself previously said he was “not ripping it down,” making demolition a threat raised by his administration rather than an announced Trump demolition order. • And now the USPS says Trump’s new MAIL-IN BALLOT restrictions are in effect for the 2026 midterms. The administration is attempting to impose new federal controls over mail voting while roughly two dozen states and Washington, D.C. are fighting the policy in court, arguing that the president is intruding on election powers belonging to Congress and the states. The Supreme Court allowed the rules to take effect for now by lifting an earlier injunction, but DID NOT rule that the underlying policy is lawful. That means the administration is fundamentally changing how mail ballots are handled while the constitutional fight over whether Trump has the authority to do it is still being litigated. • The government is not functioning for the people. It is functioning for one man, one movement, and one corrupt machine determined to keep power at any cost. • Corruption, cruelty, arrogance, and authoritarian overreach becoming the daily operating system of this administration. • People are angry. People are exhausted. People are awake. And people have had enough. This song is a result of MAGA Trump supporters and the Trump administration pushing the average American beyond their personal limits. You are in the FA stage and the FO stage at the ballot box is coming.

Wow!

With Jen reporting it you know she will circle back to the truth.

So what exactly is the problem?

Every single Republican in this administration needs to be held responsible for the actions being carried out.

If true. It would be because they thought they were going to relax and get a paycheck, 99.9 percent are great soldiers, there are bad people in all jobs, we cant have bad people in military, countries that became communist shows us that....

It's clear Trump is using war to train the US military to violate the laws of war. That's the kind of mentality necessary for using the military in a war against the American people.

Never forget that Hegseth was a failed officer who was being drummed out of the military for being an insider threat Hegseth was appointed for the purpose of weakening the American military in service to Vladimir Putin. He is a traitor and sympathizer to authoritarian regimes.

🚨🔥

Record numbers of applicants for Military!

The Pentagon has maintained that overall retention remains strong and that individual inquiries or political disquiet do not reflect systemic retention failures across the force.

Welcome to the Upsidedown States of America.

Fake news

The problem as I see it is soon the military will be mostly fascist loyalists. And if you recall middle school, the schoolyard bullies don’t really care who they harm. They have no bottom.
