hmm.... Could governments be "allowing" Crime to go rampant so the People beg government to have the ability to track & trace everyone? Create the problem, offer the solution....

When politicians, big pharma and the banks all act like criminals….I guess this is the trickle down effect.

Complete and utter lawlessness has become the norm is so very many places. Criminals have zero fear of the criminal justice system and it shows.
