Love this from Like Richardson. Compete is a habit that players need to work on consistently in practice to be consistent with it in games. Sure some players are inherently more competitive than others, but we all need the competitive reps!

Your passing drills shouldn't be complicated. They just need 4 things: 1) Short passes – keep it simple. 2) Constant movement – no players standing around. 3) High pace – if it's not fast it's pointless. 4) Small groups – more touches per player. 🎥: proveitfootball

In whatever we are doing skill development wise, I’m asking our staff to include passing. Every drill can include passing w/creativity and intention. This was a simple way we added it to a guard shooting drill. Hope it spurs you on. #GrowOurGame #ServeEachOther
