It's perfect. It draws you in when you hear it and time just seems to stop. Waters anger, Gilmore's angst, the lyrics and guitar work...it's sublime.

The sights and sounds of PF and GD really are mesmerizing, one of a kind, and the laser shows at their live concerts, esp with this song are pure magic.

It's in my top 5 rock songs of all time. That solo even trumps the solo by Richie Blackmore of Deep Purple on the live version of "Smoke On The Water" as my favourite guitar solo. I saw Pink Floyd on "The Wall" tour in August 1980 at Earl's Court in London & this song was magical
