Saw Marshall Tucker Jun 26, 1977 (47+ years ago) in Denver - Mile High Stadium at what was called Sunday #2 - Tickets were $8.80 tax included! - Marshall Tucker - Lynyrd Skynyrd - Heart - Dicky Betts - Outlaws - Climax Blues Band - Foreigner - Atlanta Rhythm Section and more 🔥🔥🔥

Incredible band - incredible lineup This is what kids today miss about why we old Boomers love our bands so much: Pure talent, live on stage. No computer enhancement or lip syncing. No gyrating dancers to distract from the canned music. Sometimes only Southern rock will do --- MTB, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd

I was fortunate enough to see them with Lynyrd Skynyrd in Jacksonville, Florida, Jacksonville Colosseum, 1973. Incredible show REO Speedwagon opened, Marshall Tucker came out next and Lynyrd Skynyrd burned the freaking house down.

One of my favorites. But until this video I had never seen it performed. It’s interesting division that you imagine in your head compared to reality. One of the few groups that uses a flute for rock music besides Jethro Tull.

No it doesn’t, but the great ones never do 🤘🎼. The Marshall Tucker Band is classic imo. Great song. 🎵 ✨🫶🏻☮️ I'm gonna find me a hole in the wall I'm gonna crawl inside and die 'Cause my lady, now a mean ol' woman, Lord Never told me goodbye

The Marshall Tucker Band has 6 Gold albums and 1 Platinum (25 total) - they're another band who should be in the HOF

This will always be one of the best. I can still remember where I was when I heard this for the first time and it always takes me back there.
