But what he's done is branded it with a very important bumper sticker, "Make America Great Again." The interesting thing for me is to watch the US reaction to it. They did not like that Davos speech one bit. Pete Hoekstra certainly didn't like it. He telegraphed how happy he was to hear Carney say those very words. When Carney is saying the exact same thing now as he was saying before, it just goes to show the importance of packaging when negotiating with the Donald Trump administration.
