This started as a character sheet. Not a filmed actor. Not footage I edited afterward. I gave Wan 3.0 a character reference and tried to see if I could turn it into something that actually felt like a scene from a movie. This is what came out of Magnific.

Crazy how much can come from such simple references

This is where AI video starts getting genuinely interesting

The cinematic quality has improved so much in such a short time

Esta es una demostración del potencial creativo de la IA, al ver cómo puede generar una escena tan cinematográfica a partir de la simple descripción de un personaje.

The camera movement makes a huge difference here.

This feels way closer to filmmaking than prompting at this point

Wan 3.0 is getting really good at making scenes feel alive.

The character consistency is what stands out most to me

Espectacular magnífic

This workflow makes way more sense than trying to describe everything in one massive prompt

Reference-based generation is clearly becoming the way to go

wow

The level of control is improving ridiculously fast

This genuinely feels like a movie scene

Two separate references into this? That’s wild.

Character references are becoming incredibly cinematic.

Turning separate references into one coherent scene is pretty wild

And this is the part that makes the result interesting. This was my entire visual reference. Leather jacket. Burgundy shirt. White pants. Front, side and back views. Nothing cinematic here. The hard part is making that identity survive once the character starts moving through an actual environment.

This is the actual workflow inside Magnific. What I’m starting to like about Wan 3.0 isn’t just “better AI video.” It’s the amount of control you can get from very little source material. I can think about the character first, then build the shot around him instead of hoping every generation invents the same person again.

That’s a much more useful workflow to me. Design the character once → put him into the scene → direct the movement and camera → keep the identity believable. We’re getting closer to treating AI characters like actual cast members instead of disposable generations. I’m definitely pushing this one further. Wan 3.0 on Magnific:
