Journalist: “What do you say to the folks who say, if you tax millionaires, they're going to leave the city and the top 1% pays 40% of the taxes in the city. What happens if they leave? I seriously don’t understand this whole sovereign citizen BS or where they get this idea they don’t need to comply with the police.
