This stinks whether you like crypto or don’t like crypto. We needed some actual clarity surrounding crypto. With the Senate squashing this bill, we are now back to being in a grey area where the SEC chair gets to determine legalities. That is not ok. We need clarity.

We need a neutral currency. Not another regulated speculative asset. All fiat dies. It's just a matter of time.
